Appreciations
This is to confirm that Hayat Communications has worked on the following projects with Kuwait Ericsson:
1. EDGE Swap Project: This was the first project with Kuwait Ericsson where Hayat was subcontracted to Swap out 368 sites + an additional 60 sites which came as an expansion. Their scope included installation, commissioning, report generation and test driving. At the end of the project a QA was done by Ericsson and the results were positive. Based on this all further G2 expansions have been awarded to Hayat.
2. Mini Link - E Project: This was a small 60 HOPS project which was subcontracted to Hayat. Their scope included installation, commissioning and report generation.
3. Mini Link - TN Project: This was a relatively large project which included 178 TN HOPS and has been contracted to Hayat partnered with Kuwait Ericsson to provide the trial for free to Wataniya. This project included 35 Node B’s including HSDPA. Their scope included installation, assistance in commissioning and report generation. At the end of the project a QA was done by Ericsson and the results were positive.
4. 480 Node B’s and 350 HOPS HSDPA Project: Based on the success of the trial this very large and sensitive project was awarded to Ericsson and subsequently the installation part was contracted to Hayat, this project is still ongoing.
In general, Hayat is doing a good job insuring a timely roll out of the project; they make an extra effort to satisfy both Kuwait Ericsson and Wataniya Telecom. They also maintain very good relations at all levels with both Kuwait Ericsson and Wataniya Telecom.
